Cynthia Garris Ministries, a new church plant in the Capital Region, is holding our annual Thanksgiving and Christmas Dinner Giveaway! Our in-person services will be held at the Regal Cinemas at the Crossgates Mall. Our service starts at 9:15am in Auditorium 3.
Information:
Last year CGM donated almost 200 dinners to families across the Capital Region. We also donated to three shelters during the Thanksgiving season, and another shelter during the Christmas season. This year, we’ll be giving away turkeys during the Thanksgiving and Christmas season. We’ll be raffling off 10 turkeys every Sunday to those who attend our in-person services. We’ll also be raffling off 2 turkey vouchers to those who attend our online services (FB Live).
How to enter the raffle:
In-Person:
To enter the raffle, you must reserve your ticket on Eventbrite, and bring your ticket with you! Once your ticket is checked in at our service, your name will be entered into the raffle. Raffle winners will be announced towards the end of service. If your name is called and you do not claim your prize, you forfeit the turkey and someone else’s name will be drawn.
You have as many chances as you have friends! For every one of your friends who reserves a ticket and is checked in to service, your name will go into the raffle an extra time. For example: if you bring five friends, then your name goes in 6 times (your ticket reservation + each friend’s reservation)! Please be sure your friends add your name to their ticket (in the comment section) when they reserve their tickets.
Online:
If you reserve a ticket but cannot make service, you still have a chance at winning a turkey voucher! Just tune in to our Facebook Live video (@9:45am, Cynthia Garris Ministries), and your name will be entered into the raffle. Please be present to claim your voucher on live!
Please Note:
CGM is a portable church, which means we set up and break down every service. To keep things organized and traffic to a low, please have your ticket ready to be scanned and be ready to be seated. After service has ended, please be sure to exit in a timely manner so that we can properly break down.
No food/beverages in the sanctuary! Certain seats in the front will not be available, and there is no specialty seating. If you are special needs, handicapped, etc or traveling with a person who needs special care, we will make accommodations. Lastly, this is a service for God, where we uplift the name of Jesus. We ask that you treat the theater during services as a sanctuary where the Holy Spirit will come in. Please silence cell phones, and all electronic devices, and keep the crying of children to a minimum.
Healing Service:
At the end of Pastor Cyndi’s sermon, she will have a prayer for all those who are sick or ailing. Some days she will have alter call, other days she will just simply pray from the stage. In the event of an altar call, please follow the directions of the ushers!
Parking Details:
The mall is not open at the beginning of service, so parking should be plenty. Please park in the Regal Cinemas parking lot, right next to Dick’s Sporting Good.
Directions:
Once you reach the Crossgates Mall, keep driving until you pass Dick’s Sporting Good, and find the right lane turn in. Take that turn in, and you’ll find the Regal Cinemas. The doors will be open for you.
Please remember to look for our signs once you’re inside. The Regal is not far from the entrance. Please go to Auditorium 3!
